1. General Posting Rules 1.1 No "Flaming": Please do not post any messages that harass, insult, belittle, threaten, or flame another member or guest. 1.2 No "Trolling": Please do not post any topic that disrupts the peace and harmony of this board. Don't create meaningless threads with the sole purpose of starting a dispute. This includes messages in profiles and signatures. 1.3 No "Spamming": Please do not double post or cross-post the same message in multiple forums. You will not mass-PM or mass-email multiple members of this site the same message. You will not post for the sake of increasing your post count. 1.4 No "Offensive" Posts, Links or Images: Please do not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-orientated, hateful, threatening, racist, sexist, discriminatory, or otherwise violative of any local or international laws. This includes links in your signature, profile, bookmarks as well as posted images, photos and avatars. The Staff will ultimately decide if something is appropriate or not. 1.5 Thread Recreation: Please do not recreate old or deleted threads. If a thread you created was removed or sent to the Trash/Archive, then it more than likely was breaking a rule. If you're unsure as to the reason of a thread's deletion/movement then PM (Private Message) an Administrator. 2. Self Promotion 2.1 Please do not post any messages anywhere on this site that are primarily for the promotion or advertising of any website, forums, email address, business, MLM, activity, or other entities that you have an affiliation with (ie. no self-promotion). 3. Signatures 3.1 Size Limits: All signatures should not exceed the following size limits: Just Text: 8 lines small size or 4 lines size 2 and up to 90 characters per line. Just Image: 2 images; no larger than 400x400. Text and Image: 6 lines (or 3 with text size 2) and two images. 3.2 Content restrictions: You may have a link to your own website or services, but there must be no promotional language like "Best Hosting" or "Better Glitches Here". 3.3 Dynamic scripts linked in signatures that attempt to create cookies in another person's browser are not allowed for security reasons and will be removed. Shoutbox Rules A shoutbox has been placed on the forum for quicker conversations, and hopefully better member interaction. While using the shoutbox, we ask that you follow the Rules we have set forth below: 1. Spamming. Spamming of any kind is not allowed. Once, or twice, and you will receive a warning. More than that and a Shoutbox ban can be expected. 2. Flaming. Flaming is accepted as long as it is not repeated over and over again, directed toward a group of shoutbox members, not excessively explicit. Flaming staff members is discouraged. Depending on how the staff member feels about it you could end up with either a warning or a permaban, so be careful. 3. Advertising. Intentional Advertising will result in an automatic permaban. Depending on the severity it could be limited to only the shoutbox, or the entire forum. If it is in the least bit questionable/accidental, you will receive a warning from one of the moderators. 4. Use of vulgar language. Excessive use of vulgar language will not be tolerated. 1 Post is worse than 2. Moderators will deal with violators as they see fit. 5. PG-13 Environment. All shouts must be in a PG-13 format. Young kids visit this website, and some may find adult posts offending. Depending on the severity of the rules broken, punishments may be as simple as a warning to a forum permaban. Mods will deal with rule-breakers as they see appropriate. vForums Terms Of Service In order for you (the user) to utilitize services provided by vForums (the provider) you must read and agree to the following terms of service. Section 1 - Modification to this Agreement vForums reserves the right to add to or make amendments to this agreement at any time. Users will be given 14 days to accept these changes or terminate their account. Any users still using our services after this time will have accepted these changes. Therefore, all content must be suitable for a PG 13 audience. Section 6 - Termination Of Services vForums Staff reserve the right to remove any content at any time for any reason. This includes entire message boards as well as individual pages. Section 7 - Legal Disclaimer This service is provided on a "as is, as available" basis. The provider gives no warranty for any of the services provided; this includes no reimbursement for loss of income due to disruption of service. We perform regular, secure, backups of data but we are not responsible for any loss of data if it occurs.
